Our goal at Campbell Studios is to make the planning of your event as fun and stress free for you, and you families, as possible. We help you by taking away most of the leg work necessary to put a large event together. We provide referrals, advice and guidance to save you time and money. During the weeks leading up to your event, we become the contact person for all of your vendors. We confirm and coordinate with all your vendors, and tend to any last minute details so that you can relax (as much as possible!) and prepare yourself for the festivities ahead.
Campbell Studios can provide as much or as little help as you need in planning your event. We can help you design a theme or overall ambiance, hire vendors, create a budget, design a variety of printed materials (save-the-date announcements, invitations, programs and/or menu cards), or simply help you coordinate the last few months or weeks leading up to the event. After we have had a chance to talk about your event in detail, I will be able to provide you with a cost estimate for the coordination of your wedding. Coordination costs vary, depending on your needs and the complexity of your event. Generally fees run from $3,000-$12,000. For smaller events, we would work together on an individual consultation basis, which is charged at a rate of $125/hour. Campbell Studios also provides Floral and Event Design (these services are billed separately.)
We offer a complimentary introductory meeting for us to get to know one another and to begin talking about the details of your event. During this meeting you can ask any questions you may have regarding our services. After this meeting, we will be able to provide you with a detailed quote for coordination and consulting services.
